As many as seven Indian cricketers together with Test star Hanuma Vihari have signed with numerous groups in Bangladesh’s Dhaka Premier League for the upcoming season. Apart from Vihari, Test hopeful Abhimanyu Easwaran, Parvez Rasool, Baba Aparajith, Ashok Menaria, Chirag Jani and Gurinder Singh may also participate in DPL 2022.

All seven went unsold on the IPL 2022 public sale. Vihari will end up for Abahani Limited however will miss their first three video games of the season as he heads residence for a brief break after being a part of India’s latest 2-0 Test sequence win in opposition to Sri Lanka at residence.

Bengal Ranji captain Easwaran has been signed by Prime Bank whereas Rasool, who has performed one ODI and one T20I for India, goes to reprsent Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi.

Aparajith will seem for Rupganj Tigers, Jani for Legends of Rupganj, and Gurinder for Gazi Group Cricketers and Menaria for Khelaghar.

Prominent Indian cricketers together with Dinesh Karthik, Yusuf Pathan and Manoj Tiwary have performed in DPL previously.

A complete of 11 groups participate in DPL which will get underway from March 15.
