Shivangi Joshi and Randeep Rai starrer Balika Vadhu 2 is all set to go off air later this month. Randeep Rai, who performs the function of Anand Chaturvedi within the present has stated that he isn’t upset with the present going off-air. During a current interplay with ETimes, the actor talked about that whether or not a present works or not will not be of their palms. “Every present has its personal future. We gave it our greatest. I don’t get upset about such issues. The most vital factor is that we gave the present our 100%. Now, whether or not a present works or doesn’t work, will not be in our palms,” he said.

Randeep Rai further mentioned that Balika Vadhu 2 was unable to receive a good response. He also talked about the future projects he wishes to work with and said that he is looking for something interesting. “I can’t really comment if the show did not connect at the script level. The show was not able to garner good viewership and we accept that. And if the show did not connect at the script level, there was not much time given to improve or change it to make it more entertaining for viewers. I enjoyed my journey and I look forward to more such hard work and interesting projects,” the actor added.
