With followers and critics giving Bheemla Nayak a thumbs-up, filmmaker Saagar Okay Chandra has turn out to be the person of the second. Young director Saagar Okay Chandra has acquired plenty of reward for portraying Pawan Kalyan in such a populist avatar after a very long time.

The movie, which stars Pawan Kalyan, Rana Daggubati, and Nithya Menen, was launched on February 25 and is now working nicely in theatres.

However, not all are conscious that Sagar was not the unique option to direct the film. When Pawan and Trivikram determined to recreate the Malayalam blockbuster, they thought of Brochevarevarura director Vivek Athreya.

However, as a result of the younger director was preoccupied with Nani’s Ante Sundariniki, he was unable to wrest the chance. Later, the title of Sagar popped up and at last, he received the prospect, which he used excellently, whereas Vivek moved to the venture with Nani.

Vivek Athreya was lauded for his first two movies, Mental Madhilo and Brochevarevarura. He was praised, specifically for adopting a recent path for his second directorial, produced by Vijay Kumar Manyam underneath the model of Manyam Productions. The critical topic was tackled comically. Director Trivikram Srinivas, like many others, was so happy with Vivek Athreya’s work that he referred him to Sithara Entertainments for work on a future movie.
