Bangladesh spinner Mehidy Hasan was on Monday dominated out of the opening match of the two-game Test collection towards Sri Lanka as a result of a finger damage.

It has been learnt that the possibilities of Mehidy taking part in the second Test are additionally slim.

“He (Mehidy) is definitely ruled out from the opening Test due to a hairline injury while he is also doubtful for the second Test,” Habibul Bashar, a member of the nationwide choice panel, was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.
