Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shared her first look from the movie Shaakuntalam. The actress performs the function of Shakuntala, based mostly on the favored play Shakuntala by Kalidasa and Vishvamitra. The first look, a poster from the movie, options Samantha wearing a white ensemble and sitting in a forest. She is surrounded by deers and different forest animals.

The actress shared the poster with the caption, “Presenting… Nature’s beloved.. the Ethereal and Demure.. “Shakuntala” from #Shaakuntalam.”

The film is directed by Gunasekhar and also stars Dev Mohan, who plays the role of Dushyanta. Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha will be seen playing the role of Prince Bharata.
