Maharashtra Sports Minister Sunil Kedar on Saturday stated he’s hopeful that crowds can be allowed for the IPL matches which might be set to happen in Maharashtra, ranging from March 26.
The league matches of the upcoming version of the cash-rich event will likely be held throughout 4 venues – iconic Wankhede Stadium, Cricket Club of India (Brabourne Stadium), DY Patil Stadium and Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium at Gahunje in Pune.
“I hope the best way COVID-19 instances are lowering daily, we have now a free (ambiance). We hope that when IPL matches happen, at the moment the ambiance will likely be such that every one individuals will likely be permitted to go to the stadiums,” Kedar told reporters here at a press conference.
