The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday introduced the entire fixture of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 which is slated to start from March 26. The match will start with the mouth-watering encounter between the finalists of the earlier season – Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders – on the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
March 27, Sunday, will mark the primary double header of the match by which five-time champions Mumbai Indians will lock horns with Delhi Capitals within the day sport at Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium. Later within the night, Punjab Kings will sq. off towards Royal Challengers Bangalore on the DY Patil Stadium.
The MCA Stadium in Pune will host its first sport on twenty ninth March when Sunrisers Hyderabad tackle Rajasthan Royals.

As introduced earlier by the IPL General Council, a complete variety of 70 league matches and 4 Playoff video games shall be performed within the length of 65 days. In all, 20 matches every shall be held at Wankhede Stadium & DY Patil Stadium, 15 matches every at Brabourne and MCA International stadium, Pune.
There shall be 12 double headers in complete with the primary match beginning at 3:30 PM IST. All night matches will begin at 7:30PM IST.
The closing sport of the league stage shall be performed between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings on 22 May on the Wankhede Stadium. The schedule for the Playoffs and the season finale shall be performed on 29 May shall be introduced later.
