Day 9 of the multi-sports occasion was filled with medals, headlined by a historic feat in athletics and a windfall in wrestling. Avinash Sable gained a historic silver medal within the males’s 3000m steeplechase on the CWG whereas Priyanka Goswami gained silver and created historical past by profitable the first-ever medal by an Indian lady within the 10km race stroll.
