Aamir Khan Confesses He Took Reena, Kiran Rao, Kids for Granted: ‘It’s My Biggest Mistake’
On the eve of his birthday, Aamir Khan obtained candid about his life, his failed marriages and his household. The actor, in an interview with News18 India, opened up about taking his household with no consideration. He mentioned that when he started his profession, his prime focus was on profitable the viewers’s hearts. Aamir was married twice. He was married to Reena Dutta and has two youngsters with them — Junaid and Ira Khan. They have been married for 16 years earlier than they separated in 2002. I have given all my time to my work and I made that relationship very strong. I thought my family was with me anyway. I just wanted to win the hearts of the audience at the time. And, I got completely lost, so much so that I forgot my family was waiting for me,” he added.
He added that he regrets not spending time with them again then. “It’s my largest mistake (not with the ability to spend sufficient time with youngsters). But I gained’t blame my occupation for it. Today, Ira is 23 however when she was 4-5, I wasn’t there for her. I used to be busy with movies. Every child wants their mother and father as a result of if you find yourself a baby you might have your personal fears and hopes. But when she wanted me essentially the most, I wasn’t by her facet to carry her hand when she would get scared. And, I do know that second won’t ever come again,” he mentioned.
