Indian Idol 12’s second runner-up Sayli Kamble tied the knot together with her very long time boyfriend Dhawal on April 24 and handled her followers with mesmerising pictures of their union. However, followers have been heartbroken as her co-contestants and good pal Pawandeep Rajan and Arunita Kanjilal have been lacking from the marriage. The three Indian Idol finalists fashioned a superb bond on the present and maintained that friendship even after it ended. Sayli’s Indian Idol’s co-contestants Nachiket Lele and Nihal Tauro additionally attended the marriage.

Now, in an interview with ETimes, Kanjilal, Indian Idol’s 1st runner-up revealed the rationale for not attending the marriage. “Mujhe kal dopahar mein leg par bahut zor se lag gayi (I hurt my leg badly yesterday afternoon) and I also have a cold and a cough. I was supposed to go with Mohd Danish but later chose to not travel,” she advised ETimes as reported by Zoom Entertaiment.

Pawandeep, the winner of season 12 stated that he had simply landed from Nepal and was heading residence, so he couldn’t attend Sayli’s wedding ceremony.

Meanwhile, Sayli and Dhawal acquired married in a standard Marathi ceremony. In the video shared by the singer, one can see the dulha- Dhawal, arrive in a ghodi. Dhawal arrived in a white kurta, paired with purple pyjama, scarf and turban. On the opposite hand was Sayli, who seemed like a quintessential Marathi bride in a yellow saari with a pink border and matching purple scarf. She entered the mandap whereas below a flower cover. The bride was glowing and seemed so so completely happy.

Sayli and Dhawal had gotten engaged in December 2021. Dhawal had popped the query to the singer, and he or she immediately stated sure.
